Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members.
- Assist in managing correspondence including email and phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
