Job Summary: The Logistic Security Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all security operations at a logistic site. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of the facility, its employees, and its assets. The Site Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, monitor security systems, enforce policies and procedures, and handle incidents effectively. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:

Supervise and manage a team of security officers.

Schedule and assign shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to keep the team informed and prepared.
Security Operations:

Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms.

Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure security and safety protocols are being followed.

Respond to and manage security incidents, including emergencies, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Policy Enforcement:

Enforce security policies and procedures consistently and fairly.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory security standards.

Investigate and report security breaches and incidents, maintaining detailed records.
Communication and Reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters at the site.

Communicate effectively with site management, employees, and law enforcement as needed.

Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
Customer Service:

Provide professional and courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and clients.

Address security-related inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Safety and Emergency Response:

Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Coordinate and participate in emergency response drills and procedures.

Administer first aid or CPR if necessary.
Working Conditions:

This position involves working early morning shifts and weekends.

Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Occasional exposure to inclement weather conditions.

Must be available for on-call duty and able to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
