- In collaboration with company leaders designs and maintain the HCMS in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs.

- Create, document, monitor and manage workflows.
- Program custom functions and documentation as needed
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure integrations with external systems are running efficiently.
- Prepare and/or coordinate training materials and administers end-user training.
- Provides daily troubleshooting support to end users.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Fulfills requests for standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
- Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HCM providers, vendors, and technology.

SKILLS
a) Prior experience managing structure of HRIS systems and data, Kronos, UltiPro or UKG preferred.
b) Minimum 3-years working an HR environment,

c. Two -five years prior experience in HR department serving 500+ employees
d. Knowledge of HRIS UKG, Kronos, or UltiPro very desirable.
e. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook
