Role Overview:
We seek a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in both UI and UX design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly features and products that align with PFF's vision of revolutionizing the football experience for fans. This role will require deep design thinking and the ability to communicate simplified informative insights to football fans everywhere using compelling visualizations. We are looking for a design leader to contribute to PFF’s UX strategic direction, roadmap, and success metrics for our new and existing products that drive the future of the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of new and existing products from concept to completion.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Take complex data and communicate it thoughtfully and simply to PFF users.
Continue to help build out a design system for a more efficient workflow between the product, engineering, and design teams.
Design beyond the expected, pushing the boundaries of creativity in sports and digital fan experiences in the fantasy and betting space.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies to keep PFF at the forefront of UI/UX design.
Be a fierce advocate for the fans who use our products every day.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI and UX skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Figjam
Sharp eye for detail in iOS and responsive web design.
Detailed design specs for handoff to engineers.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
A high level of understanding of using and building design systems.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Passion for football and a keen interest in sports analytics is a plus but in no way required.
Demonstrated curiosity and mindset to find novel ways to discover and solve customer problems
