As an Aquatic Restoration Technician, you will restore slides, features, and bulkheads to their optimal condition by repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining various components. You will work with a team to ensure that pools are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for clients.
Responsibilities:

Inspecting and Assessing Pools: Conduct thorough inspections of slides, features, and bulkheads to identify areas requiring restoration or repair.

Must be motivated and able to perform labor-intensive tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to, Sanding, grinding, and applying various coatings to various substrates.

Repairing Structural Damage: Repair cracks, leaks, and other structural damages with slides, features, and bulkheads using appropriate materials and techniques.

Refurbishing Surfaces: Refinish surfaces by applying coatings, tiles, or other materials to enhance durability and appearance.

Replacing Components: Replace worn-out or malfunctioning components such as filters, valves, and lights.

Communicating with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on restoration projects, and offer recommendations for maintenance and improvements.

Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Documenting Work: Keep detailed records of restoration projects, including work performed, materials used, and any relevant observations or recommendations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in aquatic maintenance, repair, or restoration is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in aquatic restoration, such as plastering tools, tile cutters, and pressure washers.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions to restore slides, features, and bulkheads to optimal condition.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues.

Travel Must be open to travel.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and spending extended periods outdoors. to work from heights, in confined spaces, and work in a safe and efficient manner.

Certifications: Possessing relevant certifications in pool maintenance, repair, or restoration is a plus.
