Gardena Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Gardena, CA location.
Position Summary:
The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the treatment program. This includes scheduling treatment for patients, scheduling their own treatment appointments, billing, and answering phone calls. This position will work closely with the Clinical Director and other members of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient treatment appointments
- Bill patients for their services
- Answer incoming phone calls and take messages for receptionists
- Schedule patient treatment appointments
- Maintain accurate records and schedules in our EMR system
- Maintain patient safety by ensuring all safety rules are followed at all times
- Work closely with the Clinical Director and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, strong phone presence, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak with patients about their condition, as well as other relevant medical information, both in person and on the phone. Ability to listen carefully to other's concerns before taking action. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism in dealing with a variety of personalities.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
