The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the internal and external coordination of projects across all operating departments at the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. The number and scope of active projects will vary in accordance with strategic plans, enterprise-wide priorities and changing business needs.

Primary Functions:

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to scope, launch, and manage a variety of projects across the enterprise. Deliver those projects per the plan, schedule, and budget.

Maintain all project records.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Anticipate potential obstacles and implement plans to navigate around them.

Define project tasks and resource requirements.

Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Track invoices, approvals and payments.

Ensure project updates are delivered proactively for communication to internal audiences.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Represent the Space Needle and Center Art both internally and externally with a high level of professionalism, humility, and maturity.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
-
Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
-
Familiarization with Scrum/Agile development project management processes.

Ability to independently research project-relevant topics to aid in decision-making.

Ability to analyze/distill relevant data and prepare presentations for key stakeholders.

Basic administration skills related to managing and coordination of meeting schedules, meeting room set-up, audio-visual presentations and follow-up reporting.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, and polite manner supporting a hospitality focused culture.

Full time, Salaried position
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE + Bonus up to 10%
