Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
