Duties:
-Hires, train, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all vehicle sales employees.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory control and management
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management -Must be able to manage inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions (CDK, Dealersocket, Routeone, Darwin)
