We here at Aeriz are looking for a specific, driven individual with a proven successful sales background and a passion in cannabis. This position is to help grow and facilitate wholesale sales within the Arizona cannabis market. This individual will be responsible for meeting directed company objectives (i.e. sales goals, KPI’s, brand awareness, etc.), building and maintaining long lasting relationships with key customers/accounts, creating profitable sales plans and promotions to drive brand sales/awareness and be an active part of the cannabis movement.

Responsibilities:
- Sell the Aeriz portfolio and our key partner brands into dispensaries established in Arizona
- Build, develop and maintain key relationships to increase sales in current medicinal marijuana dispensaries within account range by finding added value solutions
- Must be able to be comfortable with cold call selling to hit prospect accounts to build total company sales
- Meet sales targets, KPI’s and brand objectives through collaboration and sales strategies with customers
- Manage and maintain customers account balance, schedule and collect payments to make sure customers credit terms are kept up to date and paid on time
- Learn, provide and teach cannabis knowledge (market & medical) to dispensary managers and budtenders in order
- Work with teams within the company (i.e. admin, farm, inventory, etc.) to develop logical solutions to increase work efficiency
- Be able to work in a “team sales” environment and work with management in multiple levels of Aeriz in order to fulfill corporate B2B needs.
- Be inventive and creative with solutions in a ‘start-up’ industry environment
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver license within the State of Arizona
- Must have a reliable and daily method of transportation
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up product to 25lbs
- Needs to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be self-driven and able to work in a high pace environment
- Some knowledge of cannabis health benefits and cannabis products (within or outside current industry)
- Requires a high degree of problem solving, ability to manage complexity, and excellent communicative skills.
- Superior time management, organization and efficiency skillset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to work well in a self-driven environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School completion (G.E.D.)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably on a wholesale or Key Account level
- Prior cannabis industry preferred or knowledge of industry if not currently employed within
- Retail or direct wholesale sales experience preferred
Functional Competencies & Technical Skills:
- Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High pressure negotiations
- Excellent verbal, text and email communication skills
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Ability to be buoyant in sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
