Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is working exclusively with a client hiring for a full time or consulting Enterprise Architect.

The role of Information Technology Enterprise Architect involves establishing and implementing enterprise-wide standards and processes to ensure the security, stability, sustainability, availability, and scalability of technology investments across the enterprise. This position requires strategic thinking to evaluate legacy systems for updates, determine suitable replacements for software or hardware, and select services or products that align with business operations across departments.
The EA will drive the adoption of industry best practices and enterprise architecture frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, and PMBOK. Working with dedicated staff and cross-functional teams, including representatives from infrastructure, applications, and operations, the EA will lead by influence. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing staff members, as well as chairing the organization’s Enterprise Architecture Committee (EAC) to govern developed standards and manage the IT lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years of strategic information technology experience required
- Experience in architectural design and development across infrastructure, platform, networking, applications, and processes
- Previous experience as an Information Technology Enterprise Architect in healthcare
- Proficiency in ITIL Operations Methods, with ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with Cloud Technologies architecture preferred
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and applications
- Innovative team-building skills and ability to develop financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Political acumen, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to effectively engage with customers, management, programmers, and vendors
- Exceptional analytical, planning, problem-solving, and systems design skills
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects within time, budget, and technical constraints
- Skill in breaking down verbalized goals into actionable tasks for delivery teams
- Proficiency with MS 365 platform to translate functional requirements into digital solutions
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams in a matrixed environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $155,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
