SUMMARY
We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team of Customer Experience Representatives. You will travel to Europe to receive paid, hands-on training in valuable computer skills, interpersonal communication and business processes. As one of the first members of our U.S. based customer success team, candidates will have the opportunity to help shape the character of our Tennessee operations and actively contribute to our growth in the U.S. market.
As part of an international team, you will be the voice of the company, using your expert knowledge, people skills and knowledge to solve problems to make a difference in our customers’ lives. In this role as Order Processing Specialist, you will be managing our U.S. customers’ orders, interfacing with our Johnson City warehouse staff and customer support peers in both, local and German departments.

What makes the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate must have previous B2B customer service experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, very organized and have experience with ERP software. German language skills are not required but would be a plus as well as experience with global cultures and norms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with U.S. customers, suppliers, partners, and European peers on B2B calls.
- Work with an international team on typical order processing tasks, e.g.
- Order and purchasing management, incl. monitoring and adjusting delivery dates (early deliveries / postponements, consignment billing etc.)
- Liaise with our local logistics team to ensure on-time shipments to customer
- Typical order processing activities (examples)
- Liaise with technical Key Account Managers to help achieve the agreed targets
- End-to-end support of order processes
- Coordinate customers meetings and appointments
- Processing of PCN / PTN / complaints
- Participation in customer meetings (online)
- Regular contact with our partners / suppliers
- Address potential for improvement regarding processes, quality, communication, costs, …
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required
- Strong phone presence with effective communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills in complex situations is a must
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks to meet due dates
- Advanced computer skills and good knowledge of standard MS365 / ERP / business operation applications
- Willingness to continuously develop and improve own skills is essential
QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. work permit (Required)
- +5 years of experience in B2B customer service environments (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred)
- Driving license
- German / Spanish language skills are a plus
- Prior experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers or US wholesale importers are an advantage

- The ability to sit and work at a computer workstation including repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse for most of the time

- Occasional working overtime, if necessary
- Occasional overnight and international travel (passport valid to travel is required).
