Every member of our team is an essential and key part to keeping our program excelling and successful, and of course making sure all of our Little Dippers are learning crucial water safety skills and swim techniques to continue our legacy of saving lives and strengthening swimmers.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and bright individual with experience in customer service and office administration to work in our Tiki Hut (front desk).
Qualifications for this position include:
✰ Experience in office administration (preferred 1+ years)
✰ Experience in customer service (preferred 1+ years)
✰ Experience in staff supervision (preferred 1+ years)
✰ Experience with Google Drive programs
✰ Skills in teamwork and team leadership
✰ Knowledge of swimming
✰ Experience working with children of all ages
As the front desk team member, you would be responsible for office administration and customer service, such as enrolling new students into the swim program, corresponding with existing members, scheduling, keeping the facility clean, quality control of the swim program, as well as ensuring the workplace and business environment remain positive, clean, safe, and welcoming to all. You will be the first face our customers meet as they enter our facility, so you will hold great responsibility in welcoming everyone and bonding with each child swimming in our program.
Current shifts available: Weekdays and Saturday shifts available. Candidate must be available for 5 days/week.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
