Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of medical or dental office practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
