Position Summary:
The Office Manager will fulfill a multifaceted role, dividing their time between office administrative tasks and providing support to our Executive Leadership team when needed. Their responsibilities encompass organizing and overseeing office operations to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency. This role entails developing and upholding administrative procedures, managing office inventory, and partnering on execution of team activities with internal stakeholders. We seek an energetic professional capable of handling diverse administrative and executive support tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, flexible, and thrive on the challenges inherent in supporting a diverse office environment in growing org. This position is eligible for overtime. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Project and Engagement Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Tracking, ordering, and maintenance of office supplies, food, beverage, and contracts related to each.
· Mail handling, sorting, scanning, storage, and destruction.
· Coordinate & schedule meeting space logistics and prepare materials for meetings, calls, and events.
· Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for in/out of state Renovo team members.
· Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
· Create, revise, and edit written materials as needed.
· Maintain notes on key follow-ups and stay engaged with related ELT members to ensure completion.
· Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of onsite team events with HR and the Marketing team and outside vendors.
· Interact and maintain a positive working relationship among all levels within the Renovo team.
· Assist with submission of expense reports for members of the ELT team as needed.
· First point of contact for any office visitors and new hires onsite for day 1 onboarding.
· Manage The Franklin building visitor access site.
· Assume other clerical and admin duties as needed.

· College degree or 3+ years’ experience in similar role
· Able to be onsite at the office 5 days a week.
