Job Responsibilities for Admin and Operations Assistant:

Provide general administrative support and maintain organization of documentation.
-
Save cost sheets and all relevant documentation in the product file.
-
Process sample Purchase Order receipts through backend system (NetSuite).
-
Prepare goods and documentation for offshore transfers and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.

Create digital project folders for all new items in development.
-
Support team in fulfilling sample requests from departments such as Marketing, Photography, and Ecommerce.

Maintain inventory of samples in proper order and conduct weekly cycle counts for inventory control.
Job Details for Admin and Operations Assistant:

Pay starting at $20/hour

Contract through September!

M-F 8:30a – 5:00p

Fully in office
Job Requirements for Admin and Operations Assistant:

High school diploma required.
-
3-5 years in a similar role.

MS Office Suite experience required.
-
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar systems a plus.

Retail or manufacture experience a plus.
