Front Desk Concierge Supervisor
Stratton Amenities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Concierge Supervisor to join our team in the DFW area. Position: Front Desk Concierge Supervisor
Location: DFW area
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of concierge professionals to deliver personalized guest service.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple properties to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to standards.
- Training: Train new team members to uphold service excellence and company protocols.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of the concierge team and implement strategies for improvement.
- Emergency Response: Be available for emergency calls after hours and coordinate coverage in case of call-offs.
- Scheduling: Manage overnight scheduling across multiple properties, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and respond to employee and escalated client matters promptly and effectively.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor service levels and trends, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
- Policy Implementation: Communicate and facilitate the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Support: Provide ongoing support, tools, and resources to help the team succeed, stepping in as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in concierge or hotel management roles.
- Education: High school diploma required, some college preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Availability: Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, effective communication skills, active listening, problem-solving, attention to detail.
