Human Resource Manager
Job Description and Duties;
- Recruit new hires by websites, job fairs, or walk in applicants
- Interview and process background screenings
- Initial Classroom Orientation
- On the Job Training with assigned client
- Monitor staff’s daily case notes for compliance
- Ensure staff’s personnel file is kept up to date
- Monthly and as needed monitoring of staff
- Help with monthly outings as needed
HR Manager will be responsible for training new hires on company policies, handbook, case notes, ISP, reporting of events such as Abuse/ Neglect, any and all incidents that would require treatment, etc. You will be responsible for training new hires for hands on training with client assigned to them. You will be responsible monitoring staff’s job performance by monthly monitoring and auditing case notes for accuracy and ensuring each staff understands how to provide accurate documentation. You will perform evaluations when due, maintain staff’s current driver’s license, auto insurance, and additional trainings. You will perform disciplinary actions such as written warnings, suspensions, and terminations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
