Summary:
The Maintenance Electro Mechanic performs maintenance activities in a safe manner while ensuring product safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

The employee must work in a safe and professional manner including following lockout and tagout procedures.
- Work in a safe and professional manner including following lockout and tagout procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on all types of production equipment.
- Perform all types of troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment without direct supervision.
- Make equipment modifications as needed to improve safety and productivity.
- Train mechanics as needed.
- Assist set-up personnel and machine operators as needed.
- Mechanics will follow the preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to the schedule provided within the IQMS system. All PM documentation will be made in IQMS.
- Responsible for keeping the maintenance department clean and orderly.
- Communicate clearly with other employees daily to share information to ensure that the team meets production goals.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three plus (3+) years hands on experience.
- Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Reasonable physical abilities are required to perform the duties of the job.
- The skills to follow verbal and written instructions are required.
- Certification of forklift or other equipment
- Must understand basic hydraulic and pneumatic.
- Must be able to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
- Good layout and fabrication skills are required.
- Must know basic machine shop procedures.
- Must have basic training skills.
- PLC and computer Knowledge is helpful.
