An Ultra High Net Worth Principal has an immediate need for a highly experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager to provide seamless support in all administrative affairs. In this incredibly dynamic role, you will act as a right-hand person to one of the most influential families in all of San Francisco. We are looking for a professional who is ambitious, resourceful, organized, flexible, and quick on their feet. This is an amazing opportunity to partner with a highly esteemed family to make an incredible impact by improving their business processes and taking charge of a wide range of special projects from start to finish.
***This role is 5 days onsite in San Francisco
What you’ll accomplish:
· Manage communication for high-profile family such as screening and prioritizing incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls
· Maintain an extremely active calendar of meetings and events
· Coordinate complex domestic and international travel plans
· Take charge of planning and executing high-end events
· Review and approve timecards and maintain an up-to-date schedule of time off for staff at all residences
· Keep family abreast of all important and day-to-day tasks and move priorities when needed
· Manage multiple Board related tasks
· Manage multiple residences
· Act as a liaison between vendors, and maintain purchase and other documentation related to high-valued items
· Take ownership of special projects when necessary
What you’ll bring to the table:
· At least 8 years of personal/executive support
· Demonstrated background in successful calendar management, event coordination, and travel planning
· Incredible time management skills and ability to follow through with all tasks in a timely manner
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Exceptional communication skills and solid independent judgment
· Must be proficient in MS Outlook
· Impeccable attention to detail and organization
· Capability to multitask and manage several competing priorities
· Positive, professional, and “will do” attitude with a high standard of work
· 24/7 mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
