Responsibilities
- Develops insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
- Community Involvement
- Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc
- Relationship building
- Use lead management systems
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Property and Casualty License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong desire for personal and professional growth.
