Summary:
America's Car-Mart is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with vehicle logistics and procurement functions.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts, track, and scan and upload necessary documents to Auction Access.
- General Office duties such as record keeping, filing, copying, mailing, making reservations.
- Maintain title log with company vehicles, check-in titles, sign, copy, file, and follow up on missing titles.
- Mail titles to an appropriate lot when the company car is replaced.
- File and maintain company vehicle paperwork.
- Using Invoicing tools
- Identify assigned Associate on corporate driver invoices.
- Scan and submit invoices to get them paid.
- Update and maintain Purchasing Agent phone list and store assignments and distribute.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Available to work flexible hours as needed
