The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and administrative skills, along with previous experience operating a multiline phone system in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multiline phone system.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding services and appointments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
