Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and have a knack for building relationships. This role will support our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the CEO with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the CEO.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including the company website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and new business opportunities.
- Help organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Client Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and proposals.
- Administrative Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the design or creative industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for design, creativity, and innovation.
