Responsibilities
- Researching: Benefits programs, competitor packages, and annual renewal changes
- Recommending: Benefits programs and new benefit programs
- Analyzing: Benefit options and predicting future costs
- Managing: Benefits vendors
- Managing: Enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits
- Communicating: Benefits rules and regulations to employees
- Educating: HR associates on benefits plans
- Serving: As a primary contact for employees with complex benefit issues
- Preparing: Benefits budgets and special reports
- Resolving: Employee questions and problems
- Monitoring: Government regulations and market trends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
