The position of Senior Finance Manager at IntroLend is just such a position. Operating in our breakthrough model.
We are a full service mortgage company (called an IntroLend Chapter) housed inside a real estate brokerage — you’ll be a daily ambassador to the Chapter’s agents and their clients. You’ll delight both with your ability to move loans swiftly and successfully through the pipeline — from providing support on our digital mortgage application, through issuing pre-approvals, to advising on the best loan product, to final loan closing. In the process, you’ll work closely with our robust network of retail and wholesale lenders, providing borrowers with the best competitive loan rate and terms, while driving vital mortgage revenue to your IntroLend Chapter.
Qualification Requirements:
● Must have an NMLS #
● At Least three years of licensed mortgage lending experience
● Superior loan origination and time management skills
● Superb communication skills
● Excellent computer skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Perform Expert Loan Origination by
● Establishing (standard model), meeting or exceeding monthly production goals, in consultation with EVP of Loan Production.
● Explaining the overall mortgage process clearly and supportively to borrowers, including available loan products.
● Help borrowers complete our digital loan application, upload documents and obtain necessary signature(s).
● Obtain and expertly counsel borrowers on their credit report.
● Provide required disclosure documents, as needed.
● Ensure that borrower financial information and other required documentation. is submitted by the borrower to the IntroLend digital mortgage application.
● Confirm borrower’s debt to income (DTI) ratio.
● Analyze for loan product qualification.
● Implement and enforce fraud detection techniques.
● Submit Lender Bid Information to IntroLend Finance Portal for aggregation and bidding by maximum of three lenders, and ensure lenders enter bids.
● Maintain regular contact with Borrower, Agent, and Lenders to apprise them of loan application status.
● Counsel, but do not steer, borrower in selecting the winning loanbid.
● After borrower selection of the winning bid, distribute the complete loan package to the winning Lender.
● Input all pertinent dates and data accurately within the IntroLend platform.
● Create and nurture close professional relationships with Agents/ Maintain a specific agent engagement cadence inside your IntroLend Chapter by…
○ Participating in your Chapter’s new agent training sessions. Your role is to educate agents on the value of a Single-Point Solution to their client’s real estate search and finance needs, by focusing on the in-house mortgage solution.
○ Lunch & Learns, educating new agents joining the firm, Bus Tours, Golf Tournaments, etc.
○ Encouraging Agents to adopt the IntroLend platform and utilize its smartphone app (to send FastTrack mortgage invitations and automated updates throughout the mortgage journey).
○ Educating agents on the benefits of working with loan products from our wholesale lenders (i.e., their clients get excellent rates and their Chapter earns higher fees, as compared to retail lenders).
○ Attending your Chapter’s weekly agent sales meeting, to answer questions about new and existing loans in the pipeline. Also introduce new lenders and/or loan products available, along with new features on the IntroLend platform.
○ Keeping agents and their clients well-informed of all required actions and key milestones in the mortgage journey, from the first text invitation (FastTrack) to loan closing.

● Self-Generate 2 mortgage loan applications / month - outside of the chapter’s real estate firm
