This is a role with the jobseeker acquisition & onboarding team at Indeed flex marketplace . At Indeed flex our mission is to help people get jobs ‘instantly’ . We aim to create a world where access to jobs and jobseekers is frictionless. Indeed Flex's acquisition & onboarding team streamlines jobseekers' journey, removing hurdles to swift application and job placement.
Responsibilities
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive product roadmap addressing customer needs and market opportunities.
- Partner with R&D to execute roadmap, deliver features, and assess business impact via close coordination with engineering and design.
- Hands-On Approach: Work directly with on-the-ground operations teams to assess operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and devise product strategies to address them.
- Define key product metrics in partnership with acquisition product leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Work with PMs to set and track goals, launch features, and improve performance using data-driven insights. Collaboration drives success.
- Clearly communicate the current state of the product area and investment priorities to influence R&D and senior leadership.
Skills/Competencies
- 6+ years of software product management experience in B2B, B2C or enterprise software products . 4+ years of product management experience in understanding , mapping and using technology to automate end customer acquisition & onboarding journey .
- Experience working with 3rd Party software vendor identification, due diligence & integration .
- Experience driving the product vision, roadmap, design discussions and partner on go-to-market strategy.
- Direct experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and partnership.
- The ability to simplify and articulate complex, technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in partnering with geographically distributed teams across EMEA and US time zones on a daily basis.
- Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of their products. Should have prior experience in working with SQL to query complex data and insights to define and monitor metrics.
Salary Range Transparency
Austin Metro Area- $144,000 - 208,000

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
