This is an entry-level position in the telecommunications field. The applicant will initially be trained in, and subsequently responsible for:
- Pre-installation site surveys, including related documentation and verifications
- VoIP phone set deployments and subsequent collection of existing phone sets
Job sites will vary. We're currently working primarily in Center City Philadelphia, but we have upcoming work in the surrounding counties as well as further west out toward Hershey and Harrisburg.
There is no pre-requisite for education or experience, but the following skillsets are required:
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a team - both internally and with our partners
- Ability to work harmoniously with and around our customers' end-users.
- Ability to communicate concisely and appropriately via email, text, Teams chat, and face to face
- Attention to detail
- Thoroughness / follow-up
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets would be a plus, not required
Dress code is casual, office-appropriate:
- No shorts
- No sandals or open-toed shoes
- Plain t-shirt or pocket-t is fine, no graphics or slogans
- Comfortable shoes/sneakers
