Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. You'll also need to make lots of phone calls and emails communication with clients, project managers, and contractors. Working with excel and quickbooks is a must.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with financial concepts and mathematical principles
- Understanding of basic accounting practices
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
