**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated New Home Sales Manager to lead our newest sales team. The right candidate will bring high energy and enthusiasm.
We are seeking a dynamic person, who has a desire to earn an unlimited income. Compensation consists of a base salary commisurate with experience, plus commissions. A full benefits package is also included.
- Previous experience in new home sales or custom home sales or new home sales management is strongly desired.

Core Responsibilties Include:
- Meet monthly & quarterly sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage customer follow up with our CRM system
- Manage sales process
- Communicate effectively with customers & team-members
- Hire, train and develop sales team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Showcase design studio and provide tours to prospective clients
- Assist clients in selecting floor plans, finishes, and upgrades
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
