JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resources Asst. you will play a crucial role in managing the Employment Law aspect of HR operations and providing support to employees across the organization. The other huge aspect is the recruiting for our open positions. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by ensuring that our HR practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding (strong recruitment skills in industrial industries proffered)
- Help to manage existing and new hires to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with our attorney between legal cases, especially those related to responding to DOL Audits, LCA’s, I-9, Perm applications, H1B processing, public access files handling.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Help to update employee records with up to date statuses
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns regarding employment law
- Stay up-to-date with any changes regarding the employment laws and regulations inside the USA.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a degree relative to HR
-Must have experience performing H1B petitions and renewals.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant for at least 3-4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Please note
The Majority of your job duties will focus around knowing employment laws and regulations across many states in the USA. Compliance management is a must, and heavy focus around immigration employment will apply here.
