Position Summary
The Inventory Control Quality Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization’s empty case inventory throughout various depot locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Driving Company Performance

Maintains accurate and consistent stock of empty case inventory.

Reporting and communicating discrepancies between physical counts and company records.

Assists investigating discrepancies by contacting Vendors, Customers and other depot locations.

Provides inventory reports to inventory control manager.

Works with Company Drivers to help identify empty case location, amounts and damages.

Works in the warehouse to conduct physical counts.

Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.

Develops and maintains good working relationships with Vendors, Customers and employees.

Maintain organized filing and documentation control.
Qualifications
Work Experience
1-3 years of experience understanding inventory control procedures.
Experience in high volume environment preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Knowledge

knowledge of Inventory control procedures.

Intermediate Excel skills required.

Experience with computerized inventory systems

Data entry skills and basic math skills

Ability to meet deadlines in high volume team environment

This position operates primarily within a controlled office environment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Employees may experience swings in work-related demands of this position.
