Requirements for Executive Director:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Experience as Executive Director at a SNF
- Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys
Job Duties for Executive Director:
- Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing, long term care units and assisted living apartments.
- Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long term goals
- Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams
- Oversee hiring and staff management
- Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys
- Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines
- Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors
