This role is located out of the DC area. (up to 3 days/week Washington Navy Yard)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to the Navy’s Mine Warfare Program Office

Work in a team environment to meet client challenges, provide critical thinking and analysis

Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or scientific discipline or preferred experience

5 years of experience in engineering or business management discipline

Secret level clearance

Experience with program and financial management of government programs

Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process

Experience with consulting and technical advisement

Ability to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)

Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program status

Strong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reports
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices

Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management Regulation

Experience with Microsoft Project
