**Overview:**
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company in addition to overseeing document management for clients.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a degree in Business or Accounting.
Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
Detail oriented with excellent analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Self- motivated, has the ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Strong computer skills spreadsheet and word processing, PDF Files
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Willingness to work flexible schedule during “tax “season
Responsibilities
You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Plan work-related travel details
Receive visitors
Direct calls and respond to client correspondence and inquiries•
Maintain workflow database using computer software systems and manual filing systems to help ensure timely completion of client requests
Data entry into QuickBooks for accounting clients
Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to the following:
· photocopy, fax, scan, mail and filing client documents
· complete and update client engagement letters
· Organize and maintain cleanliness of common work areas and break room
· Order and maintain adequate office supply levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.38 - $20.03 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
