We are a Pediatric Dental office looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as our patients’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their appointment/finances. The Front Desk responsibilities include registering patients, managing appointments, billing, and account finances.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental office, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone appointments
- Inform patients about payment methods and verify their insurance
- Make appointments for new and existing patients
- Welcome patients upon their arrival and check-out
- Provide information about our office
- Respond to patients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with the other offices, dental professionals, doctors, staff to ensure all patient and office information is up to date
- Confirm existing appointments
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Skills
- Work experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with dental management software, like Open Dental
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dental Assisting experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
