We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of the latest technologies.
Schedule:
- All new hires start with a 3 month trial contract
- Hourly pay is based on tickets
- First 30-90 days requires onsite training
- Hybrid environment after training is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Research and analyze technical problems to identify solutions.
- Provide detailed reports of technical issues and resolutions.
