Claremont is growing and we’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team to support our Hidden Brook residential apartment building in New Bedford, MA. This role is responsible for performing all receptionist and administrative tasks to help support our Assistant Property and Senior Property Managers and we would love to add you to our team!
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed

Greet residents and potential future residents in a friendly manner

Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.

Process work order requests and input into Yardi software
-
Processes property invoices, complete monthly invoice checklist
-
Assist in drafting property communications to residents

Maintains office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Prior Administrative experience or related experience
