The Philly Auto name has been around for a decade and is known throughout Philadelphia as the premier used car store. Philly Auto's focus is in special finance and working with all tier credits. We have an aggressive marketing team that brings in over a 3000 leads a month. We have inventory which is priced aggressively. In addition, every unit in inventory is several thousand under book! We are searching for a qualified experienced Finance Manager that wants to step in the right position to make money and establish himself for the long term. The candidate has to be highly motivated, expert in sub prime financing, excellent banking relationships, and positive team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
* Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Process financing and leasing deals accurately.
* Be able to work banking relationships and structure deals to make the deals happen
* Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department. Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
- Must be a CLOSER
- Must know F&I / structuring deals/ TO customers
- Must know CDK
- Determine vehicle purchase terms, payment, interest, and trade values to customers
- Present vehicle protection packages and secure financing for customers by utilizing professional relationships with lenders and maximizing the deal.
- Address and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into CRM. Include all showroom traffic, service customer inquiries, internet leaders, and incoming sales phone calls.
- Inventory must be valued at or below current competitive wholesale markets.
