**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. **Duties:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Upsell products or services to customers as needed - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat - Process sales transactions and maintain customer records **Skills:** - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in outbound calling and sales is advantageous - Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
