Job Posting: Program Manager
Position Location: Washington, DC (Metro Area)
Salary Range: $130k to $150k
Work Environment: Hybrid – the Program Manager will be required to work remotely and at
the client site.
Position Summary: The Program Manager will provide the National Nuclear Security
Administration (NNSA) Office of Management and Budget, Business Services/Quality
Management (NA-MB-20/QM) with technical programmatic support services with specific focus
on the following areas:
Quality Management audits and assessments assisting with the preparation, performance,
and closeout of internal audits of the NNSA’s management system to include
identification and support with corrective actions.
Management System Board support including the development and facilitation of
Management System Board materials, content, and activities.
Quality Management status reporting assisting with the identification, analysis, and
presentation of key metrics to ensure optimal health of the NNSA’s management system.
Support development of weekly activity reports to the Associate Administrator.
Quality Management policy support by reviewing and/or developing any policy work
assigned to Quality Management. This includes providing subject matter expertise in
reviewing Quality Management information, collecting and analyzing data from
Management System Assessments of NNSA’s program-level elements, and advising on
the interpretation and evaluation of the management system themes and trends relevant to
NNSA’s overall Quality Management System. The Program Manager may be asked to
review and provide suggestions on policy drafts to improve the quality and completeness
of the policy papers and in answering Quality Management policy-related questions.
Quality Management collaboration site support, SharePoint, which is used as an internal
mechanism for documenting Quality Management activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of experience.
Demonstrated audit, assessment, quality control/quality management experience across
the entire process – planning, executing, and follow-on reports/actions.
Demonstrated experience working with and briefing senior government officials and
leaders.
Strong written and oral skills to assist in preparing management plans and conducting
assessments.
Adept utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
DOE Q or DOD TS clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree.
Experience and expertise with ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma.
Experience with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
