Screen Coordinator
Overview: We're looking for a Screen Coordinator to schedule screen installation based on our customers/builder scheduling systems. Then, efficiently route install trucks and communicate projected installation dates with the customers. Additionally, a Screen Coordinator’s purpose is to complete tasks, and resolve challenges with other departments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create efficient routes for install trucks utilizing zones
- Maintain routes out as far as possible, at least sevendays
- Answer incoming calls and/or emails from our customers or Avanti employees
- Take ownership and quickly resolve any issues regarding builder’s installs
- Recognize and adjust initial screen install dates of 60/90/120 based on builders needs and construction stage
- Communicate daily scheduling updates via email and/or builder scheduling systems
- Review screen packs in distribution centers dailyand align with the window orders, adjust as needed and communicate any issues with SOP/FeneVision leads
- Willingness to provideimproved solutions to become more efficient; systems, reporting, communication, labeling etc.
- Cross-train, share best practices and continually learn other departments/locations roles and dynamics for continuous growth
Qualifications and Skills:
- Problem solving skills required, willingness to learn
- Microsoft Programs experience – Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel

- Consistency complete day to day tasks of a screen coordinator per typical routine
Pay: $18 hourly DOE
Paid Weekly and Paid training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- screen coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
