Summary
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions in the management, training, review and overall performance of the team of admissions counselors. The objective is to administer admissions standards and policies of the University. The results expected are the achievement of enrollment goals set forth by the Administrator of the university.
Essential Functions
- Ensure all inquiries are tracked and recorded in the student database management system.
- Oversee the enrollment process for all new students entering the university.
- Review student files for admission to the university.
- Train all new Admission Counselors.
- Make phone calls, send texts, and send emails to contact, connect, and enroll students.
Nonessential Functions
- Computer software applications.
- Word Processing skills.
- Accounting and computation experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Basic knowledge of admission procedures for an educational institution.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal relationship skills to coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to take direction and implement policy.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of Admissions Coordinator in the absence of the Director of Admissions.
- Complete authority over the Admissions Department in the absence of the Director of Admissions.

Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years in admissions or related experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
