As our Behavior Technician, you will carry an assigned caseload of 25-32 clients ages 4 through adolescence, working independently or as part of a team. You will meet with clients and their families in the community, school, or in the client home, approximately 1-4 times a month. This work focuses on recognizing the client behavior triggers, helping them to learn effective coping skills, and working with the families/caregivers/professionals (teachers) to educate them on behavior modification techniques, to decrease negative behaviors.
