Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Representative/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues for our clients. As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, products, services, and general inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure accurate entry of order details into the system.
Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Update customer accounts and manage changes to service or product offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.89 - $26.37 per hour
