Specific Job Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and compiling legal documents

Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

Receiving and sorting daily mail

Update all internal systems with relevant case information and status.

Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Fluent in both Spanish and English languages

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication

Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Required Education and Training:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

High school or equivalent required
