Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Service Reps are genuinely excited to help customers and educate our clients on what options they have and what their coverage protects. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
