Job Description:
Provide 1:1 psychosocial rehabilitation to clients in their home and community. Have the ability to apply counseling skills, coaching, case management skills, and learned PSR skills in a variety of settings and environments with a variety of clients. Ability to self-direct and work independently, while under clinical supervision and with support.

Must possess:
- Experience or passion to learn experiential methods of intervention in a home or community-based setting
- Flexibility and independence: ability to work on your own
- Ability to travel, to meet in client's homes or other community areas
- Valid driver’s license, safe, reliable car, good driving record, and car insurance
- Experience or a strong desire to work with adult clients with multiple presenting problems including trauma, thought disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
- Someone with a strong desire to move beyond traditional therapy and support people to learn to live well
- Ability to add to the positive, supportive, growth-oriented company culture

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
