Position Duties / Essential Job Functions:

Scoop with Precision: Master the art of scooping ice cream with accuracy and consistency, following our guidelines to ensure every scoop delights.

Process Transactions: Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions with ease.

Provide Exceptional Service: Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have, and ensure they have a delightful experience from start to finish.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workstation clean and organized, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Assist with Inventory: Help monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure our products are always readily available for our guests.
