Position: Tax Manager

Essential Functions:
· Lead client tax engagements (individual, trust, corporate, and partnership) from start to finish including the final technical review on tax returns and documents
· Lead tax compliance requirements as well as the client’s consulting and planning process
· Manage client’s tax deadlines, filing requirements, and analyze billing/collections related to the client engagement
· Research tax issues and provide resolutions/recommendations for those issues
· Facilitate the monitoring of the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel
Requirements:
· CPA certification
· Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience
· Demonstration of leadership and decision-making abilities
· Time management skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
